1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the nMinusK website and practice platform ("nMinusK", "we", "us"). By accessing the site or creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can use nMinusK

nMinusK is intended for exam aspirants aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

Where accounts are offered, you must provide a valid username and a password of at least six characters. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person; sharing, selling or transferring accounts is not allowed. Tell us at nminusk@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. What you may do

We give you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable and revocable licence to view the questions on screen, practise, and track your own progress.

5. What you may not do

• Download, export, copy, scrape, photograph in bulk, record, print, republish or redistribute questions, tests or any part of the question bank, in any format or medium.
• Use bots, crawlers, scripts or other automated means to access the site, or try to bypass any technical measure that limits copying or access.
• Sell, share, post on social media, messaging groups or coaching material, or otherwise commercialise our compilations, tagging, analysis or tests.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or upload malicious code.
• Use the site unlawfully, or harass or impersonate others.

Breach of this section may lead to immediate suspension or deletion of your account without notice, and we may take legal action where appropriate.

6. Intellectual property

Previous-year exam questions remain the property of the bodies that set them, such as UPSC, UGC, NTA, RBI and SEBI, and are used for educational practice and revision. The selection, arrangement, topic tagging, analysis, software, design, logo and brand name "nMinusK" are owned by or licensed to us and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws. No ownership is transferred to you.

7. No guarantee of results

nMinusK is a study aid. We do not guarantee any exam result, rank, selection or score improvement. See our Disclaimer.

8. Availability and changes

We try to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, exams or content at any time, including features marked "Coming soon".

9. Third-party links

The site links to third-party services such as YouTube. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nMinusK and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data, profits, opportunity or exam outcome, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

12. Termination

You may stop using the site, or ask us to delete your account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for legal reasons.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at the location of nMinusK's registered office in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
